I Need Some Energy!
One thing I struggle with is energy. I feel very tired sometimes for no reason that I can think of. I haven't done anything to deplete my energy yet during the day but I just don't have any get-up-and-go.
I'm not always sure what happens but I have figured out some culprits that steal my lust for life: Things I eat often disturb my sleep. Chocolate and coffee are on that list. These are two of my favorite things so it is often hard to resist.
I deal with anxiety and depression so I get stressed about things that would seem small to other people. I also have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome) so things that disagree with me such as fried foods are probably among the culprits.
I use a CPAP mask. If that isn't clean enough each night, I find it hard to breathe. This list of problems is growing larger as I age. I need to keep track of many things to ensure that I wake up with some energy the next day. Sometimes it seems overwhelming but I seem to get through it. Some days I need to accept the fact that I can't get very much done and I need to just relax and chill for the day. I guess that's not such a bad thing after all.
